The easier a habit is do to, the more likely the behavior will become a habit.
 

What’s more, Tiny Habits quickly builds people’s motivation, confidence, and hope. The method has already helped thousands of people successfully acquire new habits. Focus on habits that you really want and that seem really easy to do. You can revise any recipe so it fits better in your life.

How can Tiny Habits be used for social good? 

In order to succeed, most nonprofits need to convince people to do something: a behavior. They ask people to give, volunteer, attend a meeting, sign a petition, join a board, vote, recycle, and more. With Tiny Habits, you will learn how to successfully practice new behaviors in your own life.  This knowledge will also serve you well in your mission-driven work.

 Tiny Habits for generosity focuses on helping people make a habit of helping others. HOW DO I PRACTICE TINY HABITS?

If you are interested in trying Tiny Habits for a week – be it on generosity and/or any personal goal –visit the Tiny Habits website to sign-up.

When you sign-up, you are expected to do some prep work (approximately 20 minutes), and then you get to practice the three habits you choose for five consecutive days. It takes just about five minutes every day.
